Payment Policy

Suplint accepts payments by any of the following methods:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover Credit and Debit Cards or PayPal
Cash-on-delivery

Shipping policy

Suplint ships to all states across the United States. We don’t ship Internationally or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.

Order processing usually take between 24 and 48 hours.

The estimated delivery time for orders is usually 3 to 6 business days.

Business days refer to the days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard Shipping:

Orders under subtotal USD 49,99 have a shipping cost of USD 5,00.
Regardless of the amount, cash-on-delivery orders have a shipping cost of USD 10,00.

Free Shipping:

Orders over subtotal USD 50,00 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery and execution

Suplint will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.
The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to us.
We will execute accepted orders expeditiously, but no later than within 10 days, unless the consumer has agreed to a longer delivery period. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or only partially be executed, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 10 days after he has placed the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to cancel the order without costs. The consumer is not entitled to compensation.
All delivery times are indicative. The consumer cannot derive any rights from any stated terms. Exceeding a term does not entitle the consumer to compensation.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Suplint until the moment of delivery to the consumer.

Return policy

When returning one or more products, you must enclose a copy of the invoice. After receiving the returned items you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Refunds will only take place if the items arrive with us unopened and undamaged.

You have 60 days to change your mind after receiving the products.

If you want to return product(s), you have 60 days to return the product(s). After receiving the return, we will refund you within 30 days.

Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.
