I. Information on distance selling and the conclusion of contracts in e-commerce

2. Formation of Contracts in Electronic Commercial Transactions

(1) The products offered on the website https://suplint.com do not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. They are an invitation to submit a binding offer. You make such a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract with us only when you place your order by clicking the “Buy” button in the shopping cart. Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and outlining the details (“Order Confirmation”).

(2) When the goods leave our warehouse and are shipped to you, you will receive a shipping and contract confirmation by email. This email also represents the binding acceptance of your offer. If the goods in a single order are shipped in more than one package, you may receive separate shipping and contract confirmations for each package. However, even in this case, only one unified contract will have been concluded.

(3) We reserve the right to conclude contracts only with customers who are 18 years of age or older.

(4) For technical reasons, we cannot accept orders placed through other means (fax, letter, or email).

3. Information About the Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Legal Right of Withdrawal

Our customers who are consumers are entitled to the right of withdrawal as outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, or, in the case of a contract covering multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the last batch of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at TPS DR L.L.C., 1235 East Blvd, Suite E, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28203 by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email, fax, or letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached cancellation form template, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the reflection period, you only need to send the withdrawal declaration before the period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or deliver the goods to us at TPS DR L.L.C., 1235 East Blvd, Suite E, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28203 without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to ascertain their nature, properties, or functioning.

We do not store the contract text, and it cannot be retrieved once the ordering process is completed. However, you can print the order details immediately after submitting your order. Before submitting your order (i.e., before clicking the “Buy” button), you will have the opportunity to detect and correct input errors. Please carefully review your selections before completing the ordering process.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through https://suplint.com.

1. Prices and Availability

(1) Our prices include sales tax.

(2) The prices you see in your shopping cart at the time of placing your order are identical to those displayed on the current product information page of the website.

(3) Special offers can only be provided for a limited time and are subject to availability.

(4) Items marked as “in stock” will leave our warehouse within two (2) business days after processing your order.

(5) Changes and errors reserved. All offers are valid only while supplies last.

2. Payment Information

Payment for items can be made using one of the following methods, as chosen by the buyer:

You will receive an invoice from us via email once the ordering process is completed.

2.1 Credit Card

If payment is made by credit card, the charge will be processed before the shipment of the goods. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

The latest encryption technologies, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and the 3D-Secure process, provide you with maximum security on the Internet. All order and credit card data are transmitted in encrypted form only.

During the ordering process, we require the security code of the card in addition to the card number, expiration date, and credit card company. You can find this three- or four-digit number on your credit card.

2.2 PayPal

To pay with PayPal, you need to create a one-time account on PayPal by entering your bank or credit card details, so you don’t have to re-enter them each time you make a purchase. You will then make payments by entering your email address and password and receive a payment confirmation via email. Your order will be processed immediately.

In the event of a return of the ordered items, the corresponding value will be credited to your PayPal account.

3. Shipping Terms

(1) We ship to all states within the United States.

(2) Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you have provided. You will be notified of the shipment via email or text message. Delivery will be handled by FedEx and will include a tracking number.

(3) Free shipping is available for orders exceeding $50 (adjusted per applicable terms).

(4) Average delivery time: 3-6 business days.

(5) During sale and promotional periods, delivery times may extend beyond the usual timeframe.

4. Returns and Refunds

(1) To request a refund, you must contact Customer Service via email at[email protected] to evaluate the situation. To receive a full refund, it is necessary to return the received product. Refunds will only be offered up to 30 days after the purchase date; requests received after this period will not be considered.

(2) Returns will only be accepted if the product remains in its original sealed condition and shows no visible damage.

(3) Returns will only be considered in cases where expired or damaged products are received, or if the wrong product was delivered.

(4) The return process is typically completed within 3 business days.

5. Retention of Title

We retain ownership of all products delivered by us until full payment has been made. To enforce our retention of title, we are entitled to demand the immediate return of goods subject to retention of title, excluding any right of retention unless such counterclaims or claims are legally established or undisputed and arise from this obligation.

6. Liability

(1) We accept unlimited liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by our breach of duty, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, as well as for damages caused by the absence of a quality we have guaranteed.

(2) We accept unlimited liability for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents intentionally or due to gross negligence.

(3) In the case of minor negligence resulting in the breach of essential contractual obligations, we are liable for the amount of foreseeable damages typical to the contract, except in the cases outlined in sections 1 and 5. Essential contractual obligations are those obligations whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on which a contractual party can typically rely.

(4) Any further liability for damages is excluded.

(5) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

7. Final Provisions

The contract concluded with us shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
